Canon Printer Tips – Help !!! My printer only prints red ink,?

it was printing in only green pictures before so i replaced the ink and now it only prints the pictures in red oooo and i got a Cannon i560s
Best Answer: Yep the other colors seem to have run out. You can get new cartridges from http://www.BriteChoice.com and try them out. If the replacement of the cartridges does not help, you could have a carriage problem and will need service by an Canon authorized service center. Note: Anytime you have an image defect, this goes for anyone reading this…check your cartridge (s) first.

run the printer’s own Test Page to double check this; there should be a printer maintenance section in the software that came with the printer.then run a Head Clean as well;the other colours might still have ink in them but the heads got clogged up.
