Canon Printer Tips – Can i connect my printer to my wireless router?
i have a cannon mp140 printer and a bt homehub and would like to know if i can connect them to acsess my printer wirelessly, if possible, please tell me how ??
Best Answer: Get a wireless print server for your printer. It will allow the printer to be connected wirelessly. You can then have a wireless printer!

Or any other supplier will have these. You do configure them for your wireless and your printer. Easy to to, any router, any printer. They even have some that support multiple printers. I have one with four printers attached. Can pick which one I want from any computer and print to it.
- With the early BT homehub there is an undocumented facility to use it as a print server, which may or may not work but it is worth a shot – you won’t break anything if it doesn’t work

Otherwise you will have to buy a printer server connect it to your home hub with one of the ethernet ports and connect the print server to the printer. Here is an example
