Could have sworn this area was for reviews, not venting how one ordered the wrong cartridges. Anyway, I have not had any problems with these ink refills, the resulting print colors are great, the photos are adequate considering my particular Canon i550 printer is not a photo printer. They last fairly long too, compared to my previous Epson printer.

The BC-20 is a good black cartridge that you can refill up to 4 times before you need to replace it. You can use BC-02 refill ink to refill the BC-20 but as with all refills make sure you refill the cartridge when it ishalf empty. If you wait until it quits printing then it won’t last as long

I own a BJC6100 printer which uses these cartridges.They are no longer available as BC30 (Black), BC31 (Colour) and BC32 (Photo).They have been replaced by BC30e, BC31e and BC32e.The new ‘e’ suffix makes them compatible with the newer S-series printers they have.I have a BC30e in mine now and it looks identical. Works fine.

Canon pushes this fancy cartridge a lot for photo printing. It really doesn’t seem to make much difference with the BJC-6000 and S450 I have, but the photos still look slightly better with it. If you don’t want to spend your money on extra ink, don’t buy this. The price is reasonable, and good if you print a lot of photos as the printer has more colors to pick from. Do use a good paper like the canon High Resolution Paper or the Glossy Photo Paper no matter what cartridges you use for printing photos.
